|Recommended: YesNot enough diversity in ethnicities. Dogs always barking in hallway, and owners allow dogs to sniff people and jump up on people.

|Recommended: YesGreat Renovations For Only A Little Extra — I decided for these apartment because the extra cost was not that high and I received many things extra and amenities-including the pool and the gym, dishwasher, and self-controlled thermostat

|Recommended: YesJust Moved In — I moved in a couple days ago and so far so good. Will update my review in a couple months. Really disappointed they don't have a coffee machine even though it's advertised on their website. I'm a big coffee drinker and my past apartments had them in the lobby. Also, there are a lot of spots you cannot park in the garage and hard to find an open spot.
|Recommended: NoThis place us not worth the price. Old decrepit building. In the winter you only get a short period of warm water. Management is a walking frat boy joke, and the rent is uniquely absurd for a building next to a homeless shelter, with the residents freely relieving themselves on the Chinatown side of the building. If you’re going to pay this much, there are much newer and better apartments. Save yourself the headache.

|Recommended: YesGreat Location, Great Living Experience — I’ve lived here for two years and it has been a wonderful experience. Kind staff, clean building. It’s a very walkable area and the shops and bars around here add a vibrant night life.

|Recommended: YesAmenities — I love having the amenity feature of the gym. However, it is frustrating that there is one treadmill that has been out of use for several months. There is also not a lot of dumbbell weight options - like 10lbs for example. The water bottle feature for the water fountain is also not in use. I love using the gym and understand that amenity is included in the price of rent. Knowing that it would be nice to have the full use of the gym with weight and cardio options.
