|Recommended: YesJust moved in — I moved in a couple days ago and so far so good. Will update my review in a couple months. Really disappointed they don't have a coffee machine even though it's advertised on their website. I'm a big coffee drinker and my past apartments had them in the lobby. Also, there are a lot of spots you cannot park in the garage and hard to find an open spot.
|Recommended: NoThis place us not worth the price. Old decrepit building. In the winter you only get a short period of warm water. Management is a walking frat boy joke, and the rent is uniquely absurd for a building next to a homeless shelter, with the residents freely relieving themselves on the Chinatown side of the building. If you’re going to pay this much, there are much newer and better apartments. Save yourself the headache.

|Recommended: YesGreat location, great living experience — I’ve lived here for two years and it has been a wonderful experience. Kind staff, clean building. It’s a very walkable area and the shops and bars around here add a vibrant night life.

|Recommended: YesAmenities — I love having the amenity feature of the gym. However, it is frustrating that there is one treadmill that has been out of use for several months. There is also not a lot of dumbbell weight options - like 10lbs for example. The water bottle feature for the water fountain is also not in use. I love using the gym and understand that amenity is included in the price of rent. Knowing that it would be nice to have the full use of the gym with weight and cardio options.

|Recommended: NoPackage availability — Hello, I have waited to submit this review to see how my experience changes with package check in time. However, I have lived in many buildings where it takes maybe an hour or two max for my package to be checked in by concierge. After a month of living here I have never had a package checked In, in a timely manager. Today, I had a package delivered around 10am and it was not checked in until 10pm. I even went down to ask around 4pm and the concierge asked me to come back in a few hours. 12 hours to receive a package is just unacceptable and I hope this changes.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live with Ideal Downtown Location — One of the best things about this apartment is it's ideal location in Downtown. It's close to restaurants, the grocery store, bike share and metro. Everybody who lives here is super friendly towards one another.
