Poor Leasing Office|Recommended: NoI have had the worst experience with the leasing office. Representatives did not know what was going on with my application and would continuously beat around the bush, not giving me any answers. They were also very unprofessional to me. For example, when I asked a question concerning my application they got frustrated and hung up on me. That is unacceptable.
Experience|Recommended: NoNicole is one of the worst people I've worked with, besides her being rude and unprofessional, she doesn't know what she's doing. The staff other than the doormen and maintenance are unprofessional and I can not wait to move out.

Good location, poor service|Recommended: YesThe apartments are great, the location is perfect, the front desk staff and maintenance staff are friendly. My primary complaint is the leasing office. My roommates and I rarely get response emails when we have an inquiry and our revised lease took over a month to complete. Though some of the staff seems willing to help, there is very little communication between the leasing office and their residents. With our lease, we were not told certain steps we needed to take in order to get the lease amended which was the cause for the delay. In dealing with an issue with a utility company, certain staff were willing to help, however there has been absolutely zero communication on progress regarding getting the charges fixed. This same problem has now continued for a month, with no email responses or phone calls from the office, despite my continued attempts to email them and their claim that they would frequently give me updates. I am aware they have a large amount of residents and they or at least some do seem to want to help, but it would benefit everyone if there was more communication and follow-through.

Centrally located in DC, new building and clean apartments |Recommended: YesThe building is centrally located in terms of approach to DC neighborhoods and a walking distance away from Union station and I 395 highway that makes it easier to commute outside of DC. The pool and grilling areas are great and in summers it gets crowded. There are platy of community events happening almost every other month at-least. The apartment itself is really nice with new fixtures and equipment. the sun room has a lot of space. The only issue in my opinion is the noise from outside such as traffic - this may be the problem in apartments facing main road - Massachusetts Avenue. The maintenance staff is very helpful and attentive. There is not even a single time when our request for maintenance is not addressed in a same day. The service is simply great. Overall the experience is pleasant and we enjoy living here.

Be prepared to wait 12 days|Recommended: YesTakes about 12 days for front office to get your application reviewed and completed. Turned in money and application on a Monday last week and now we're at Thursday evening the following week.
